The Washington Post: Days before Monday’s groundbreaking trip to Cuba by President Obama and Michelle Obama, mail service has resumed between the U.S. and the island nation. Now they will be able to send a postcard home. “The U.S. Postal Service is pleased to participate in the historic direct transportation of mail service with Cuba,” said Postmaster General Megan J.
