Another historic post office has been sold. The Kingston Branch post office on Wyoming Avenue in Wilkes Barre, Penn., has been sold to the Peoples Security Bank and Trust for $495,000. The post office was built in 1936, and it’s been occupied by the post office since 1939. The Postal Service will continue to operate a retail office in the building, sharing the space with the bank.
