Times Record News: The Postal Service closed the New Deal post office in Graham, Texas, back in 1992. The historic building didn’t sit long before a group of Graham residents decided the city should step in and purchase it. The building now houses the Old Post Office Museum and Art Center, which contains exhibits depicting the growth of Young County. The museum also contains a New Deal mural painted by Alexandre Hogue, a member of a group of artists in the 1930s and 1940s called the Dallas Nine.
