Citizen Karlie Miller has been fighting to save the historic post office in Redlands, California, since last spring (as reported in this post from May). Karlie has a good piece in the Redlands Daily Facts in which she tries to clear about some incorrect reporting. We could use more people like Karlie willing to take the time to learn about the post office closure process and how to make sure that postal officials do what the regulations require and that the story gets reported correctly.
